Highlights, notes from Eagles first 2025 rookie minicamp practice
The Philadelphia Eagles opened their 2025 rookie minicamp on Friday after selecting ten players in last weekend's NFL draft. If you add the nine undrafted free agents and 28 players invited for a tryout, the Birds have almost 52 players on the NovaCare Complex practice field.
All eyes will be on second-round pick Andrew Mukuba, with No. 31 overall pick Jihaad Campbell unable to fully participate after having shoulder surgery last month.

With the first session underway, we're looking at highlights and key notes from Day 1.
Eagles minicamp notes
Before Friday's practice, four draft picks (LB Smael Mondon Jr., QB Kyle McCord, OT Myles Hinton, and OLB Antwaun Powell-Ryland) signed their rookie deals.
Jihaad Campbell will wear the No. 30 and was on the field, but didn't have a helmet and was not participating in practice. Campbell is recovering from shoulder surgery in March, and the Eagles have been vague about when the No. 31 overall pick will be available.
Kyle McCord is QB1. It's only the rookie minicamp, but McCord has the football to himself as the only quarterback on the roster.
